The year 2013 became "competitive" for many Moscow architectural bureaus, including  ABD architects, who presented competitive concepts of a residential complex on Soymonovsky Passage, a multifunctional complex on Slavyanskiy Boulevard, and the facades of a shopping center on Khoroshevskoye Highway. This year the bureau also managed to win a closed competition for designing a hotel complex at Leningradsky Prospekt, possession 34. Currently we are actively developing the input group of the hotel "Ukraine".

Boris Levyant, CEO of ABD architects: "At the end of this year, one of the most interesting projects was cooperation with high-level professionals in two international consortia. The first, Russian-Italian-Spanish, is engaged in the design of marine facades, marinas, the so-called spectrum of waterfront solutions. The second consortium unites Russian, Swedish and English specialists in the development and promotion of retail real estate. After a short pause, we are happy to resume active design of commercial centers, which also includes retail and office parts.

The Interior Department of ABD architects completed three major projects this year:
- the headquarters of Kaspersky Lab,
- the headquarters of the pharmaceutical company Novartis,
- a number of clinics "Seagull".

Denis Kuvshinnikov, Director of the Department of Interiors: "This year Kaspersky Lab company moved to a new office. This is one of the largest and most interesting projects in the history of the company. We were pleased to participate in the opening of this office, conduct an excursion for journalists, we even held a special master class in the framework of "Housewarming". Now we continue to work with this Customer on the building "A" in the business center "Olimpia Park", where the company rented another 1,000 sq.m. "

Another important project that ABD architects managed to accomplish in the past year was the consolidation of the Novartis Group office. Immediately five divisions moved to business center   "Alcon", occupying nine floors. Within the framework of the design, the architects offered three completely different design projects, from which the customer chose the concept, code-named "EcoBio", which implies maximum comfort for employees.

ABD architects also completed five projects for the Chaika Clinic. One of them was the Diagnostic Center with an area of 160 square meters, located in the stylobate of the Tower of the City of Moscow in Moscow City. In this small room it was supposed to install medical equipment weighing several tons, which required technical intervention in the building's floors.
