The first part was devoted to the analysis of trends in the field of creating corporate interiors and promising innovations of the Cologne exhibition Orgatec-2012, the second part - to practical issues related to the optimization of space, the design of office space and the coordination of redevelopment. Within the framework of the new presentation format - Ergonomic Battle passed the test drive of the best chair for the top manager.
Denis Kuvshinnikov, head of the interior design department of ABD Architects, in the presentation "Office space and sublease: some aspects of design and technical issues, examples from the practice" analyzed good and bad sides of a number of planning decisions in terms of their suitability for sublease of a part of the area. When planning a sublease, it is necessary to pay special attention to whether the office is divided so as to provide a safe evacuation for all employees, as well as sanitary requirements.
On the examples of several floor plans, Denis illustrated advantages and disadvantages of different types of planning. To the question "to what extent will the class A buildings be handed over to the finish?" Architect Denis Kuvshinnikov said that it would certainly be a shell & core situation, since high-class tenants always carry out a very personalized furnish that reflects the brand values.
The essence of the project is to arrange collection of waste paper and its recycling in as many organizations as possible and so help to solve the problem of waste and excessive consumption of resources of the Planet.
The jury of the international competition for the design of the Ukraina Hotel in Moscow entrance group chose three finalists for the contest: ABD architects with the participation of Werner Sobek Moskwa, Studio 44 and TPO Lesosplav with the participation of Malishev Wilson Engineers.
