About Project
The central element of the complex is the gallery space, where visitors enter the shops and cafes.

On the ground floor there are entrance lobbies, security rooms, retail premises (hypermarket and boutique shops), household and office staff spaces, guest toilets, loading, technical and utility rooms, cafes; on the second floor - retail space ("boutiques"), fast food restaurants with kitchens, bars, administrative and household premises, toilets for visitors, technical and utility rooms; on the third floor - a multiplex cinema for 1500 seats, technical rooms of the complex.
