The building of the AMG center is designed at the intersection of the Rublevskoe Highway and the Moscow Ring Road. It has a basement, first and second floors. By its structure is divided into two main parts. The first is a demonstration section, a show-room, where the sales area and the exhibition area of new cars will be located. The second is the service area for servicing Mercedes cars.
The division into two functional parts is seen on the facades of the building. The show-room zone has a more complicated interesting facade, the smooth shapes mimic the shape of the car. The main facade with a large glass screen opens onto the MRHW. The facades of the service area are simpler. The architecture of the building is made taking into account the brand book Mercedes, the concept of which was refreshed, new requirements for the design of exteriors and interiors in the corporate style are presented.
From the very beginning the office design provided for future reshaping of the office area, facilitating change in size and in the number of rooms. A special ceiling was selected to be connected with partition fixes.
The well-known real estate consulting company Cushman & Wakefield Stiles & Riabokobylko sought to unite all of its departments, scattered around Moscow, in a single space while moving into a new office.
