About Project

The new part in the reconstructed building is located in a historical dimension, but at the same time it falls into the scale and rhythm of the existing building. However, the architecture of the new part of the building does not mimic, but honestly "declares itself", moreover, it is practically separated from the preserved structures. With this decision, not only the area is significantly enlarged, not only is there an opportunity to make a full-fledged new building, not spoiled by compromises, but the old part is given a completely different meaning.

The existing wall of the main facade is now the main element of the composition, we are restoring it, preserving it and saving it as a certain quoted fragment. That is, it takes on a much greater semantic load, and therefore its value increases.

In the interior it is also highlighted - the entrance group and office located on the first and second floors are separated from it by a glass wall. Overlapping in this part on the retained wall does not rest, so that it ceases to be part of the constructive system and is perceived as an artifact.
