We present a report on the final stage of the "Business barometer" project, prepared on the basis of research by Cushman&Wakefield and ABD architects.
Several conclusions:
The pandemic has forced a rethink of attitudes to remote work. While in may only about 10% of respondents planned that most of their employees would work from home after the pandemic, by June they were 40%.
About 20% of companies did not feel the impact of the pandemic at all. These companies will receive a significant boost to development. Perhaps real estate assets will be redistributed in favor of these sustainable businesses.
Most office employees liked telework. At the same time, 67% of all people started working from home for the first time, and 77% want to be able to continue working in this format in the future.
