TMK SKOLKOVO HAS SUCCESSFULLY PASSED LEED EXPERTISE
The project of the scientific and technical center of TMK passed the LEED examination of the Design Review stage at the GBCI Green Building Certification Institute and scored 52 points.
Environmental certification LEED is known all over the world, and it embodies high standards of design and implementation of the facility. As a result of using it employees get comfortable environment for work, and the building owner gets thoughtful and energy-saving innovative technologies.
In addition, the LEED standard has proved itself so well in the world that it counts as marketing advantage for the developer.
We consider LEED standards as common sense in the design of modern buildings.
