IT IS THE THIRD TIME ABD ARCHITECTS PROJECTS A SHOPPING CENTER AT LENINSKY, 123
The project for the construction of a shopping and entertainment center at the intersection of Ostrovityanova Street and Leninsky Prospect has a long and difficult development history. Firstly, ABD architects collaborated with the company "The Seventh Continent". Then the project documentation was developed in several variants.
After that the right to develop the project was transferred to the company "MD Group", and in 2011, ABD architects began redesigning the design solutions for the new customer.
However, the customer again took a long break, associated with a new procedure for agreeing the project.
Now we are happy to return to work on the object, but the design decisions have completely changed. The city authorities insisted on the mandatory placement in the shopping center of a fitness center with a swimming pool, a multi-screen cinema and Sberbank department.
