The reconstruction of the TetraPak office with a total area of 4,000 square meters was completed. The TetraPak office in Russia is the company’s first step in implementing the activity based office concept.

The company completely changes the approach and vision of the workplace:

• 90% of jobs are located in open space
• Hot desks already created, not assigned to one employee
• An important step in the implementation of hot desks in the office was the introduction of a clean desk policy - when at the end of the day the table should be clean and empty, ready for the new owner
• Special lockers are prepared for personal belongings and documents
• You can work and rest in break-out areas, where comfortable soft furniture is installed
• Discuss working and personal topics conveniently in special phone booths
• New workplaces are equipped with electric drives and have a height adjustment.

Reconstruction area included the main reception, a new waiting area, as well as a corporate dining room.
