Width of the area and the distance of one of its sides from the windows — the main problem for the design of the office. The task was to position all negotiation rooms in a central part in order to provide the main working zone with maximum natural light and place all additional rooms and back-office area in the darker zone. The line of 50 meter long glass negotiation rooms with warm directed internal light, coming through the center and contrasting with luminescent scattered light in the office zone, made the main theme of the project. The reception zone with a wooden custom-made counter abounds with glass. All rooms are furnished with BENE products and lit by MODULAR, ZUMTOBEL STAFF.
The building is located in the southern part of Moscow, between one of the main highways, Warsaw highway, and Novodanilovskaya embankment of the Moscow river, on a plot of 4.99 hectares that is a part of a rehabilitated industrial zone.
Business Center “Romanov Dvor” where Christie’s office is placed, is 3-storey building with a pitched roof and attic, it is located in the heart of Moscow.
