About Project
The business center is built in a dense context and keeps the existing streets and pedestrian routs layout. The volumetrics is based on locating a number of volumes of different height that correspond with the scale of other buildings shaping this part of the square.
The three buildings are designed in a similar style and penetrated with pedestrian passageways spreading from the Nikolskaya church. This allowed to create a cozy plaza at the apex of the fan-shaped layout, which is framed by the metro station exits from the side of Tverskaya Zastava and the church fence and the new building itself from the side of Butyrskiy Val. The environment is conveniently filled with cafes, restaurants and shops located on the ground floors of the business center. Office entrances are designed both from Butyrsky Val and Lesnaya street and the interior pedestrian streets within the development.
The seriousness of the image of the legal company is emphasized by the laconism of the planning and finishing solutions - the verified accuracy of perforations and knots, the selection and location of the corresponding lightning solved in the form of modern light panels.
From the very beginning the office design provided for future reshaping of the office area, facilitating change in size and in the number of rooms. A special ceiling was selected to be connected with partition fixes.
The well-known real estate consulting company Cushman & Wakefield Stiles & Riabokobylko sought to unite all of its departments, scattered around Moscow, in a single space while moving into a new office.
