The Danilovskaya manufactory Loft quarter exists as a part of the urban environment and landscape, but stands out against the background of the surrounding typical buildings with a bright red brick accent.

There are no fences here, but there is a tangible border, crossing which you understand: this is another world - a world where dreams live and ideas are born.

The enclosed area is a great place to live before, during and after work. Thoughtful recreation areas allow you to enjoy creative activity not only in the premises, but also in the fresh air. A lot of courtyards, equipped with benches, gives the opportunity both to stay in solitude, and to assemble a whole company to discuss plans.
