Firstly, light wood is one of the most "cozy" materials, and in combination with light upholstered furniture placed in the hall, it immerses residents in an atmosphere of peace and security from the threshold.
On the other hand, a casual passerby has such a branded and impractical coating in the entrance causes an understanding that very wealthy people live in this house, who put aestheticism and status above practicality.
The architects were set a clear task: it was necessary to use the area of the four business center floors to maximum effectiveness and organize workplaces for the greatest number of employees of the law firm.
