About Project

The 9-storey aparthotel includes apartments for rent and an underground parking. On the underground floors there are also technical rooms and a fitness club. On the ground floor there ar hotel lobby, restaurant, shops, a conference hall, and from the second to the ninth floors there are apartments. The design project of the apartments and the hotel lobby was also designed by ABD architects.

Warm and restrained colors are mainly used in all spaces. The interiors are diluted with details of the decor, which adds sophistication and charm. For example, the entrance group of the hotel is lit with glass balls on fine threads. On the walls there are decorative panels.

A magnificent combination of natural colors, textures and various materials gives the interior feeling of luxury, but coziness at the same time. Large windows in the floor open the view of the Neva and the center of St. Petersburg.
