Office space for the investment company Metrika Investments
The author of the project is the architectural bureau ABD architects, the general contractor is CFC, the engineering company is D2Design.
The project with an area of 1200 sq.m. was implemented in the Neva Towers business center in Moscow in early 2021. The organization of the office space is built according to the classical scheme. The strict, laconic interior emphasizes the architecture of the space. The interior is dominated by calm noble colors, a lot of wood and natural stone are used. High veneered panels of a warm shade in combination with light marble on the floor expand the space, and the presence of panoramic glazing creates a feeling of open air. The graphic quality of the interior is emphasized by black fittings, thin inserts of painted metal and linear light.
