Key features of the park — an island location and proximity to natural areas and infrastructure facilities for sports and recreational purposes. The uniqueness of the park in a wide range of functions concentrated in one area, as well as in scale. Thus, in the structure of Moscow, the park plays the role of a new center of attraction, capable of redistributing the load from the central part of Moscow and providing a higher level of comfort, quality of the environment and services on its territory. 

The Moscow Amusement Park project is a strategic intervention in the multidimensional structure of Moscow. It combines excellent conditions for recreation and sports, an entertainment center with attractions and playgrounds, a scientific and educational cluster created and operating on the basis of world-class scientific and educational museums. The park fully presents cultural and educational functions with urban park complexes, alleys and boulevards. One of the essential objects of the territory of the development program is to expand cultural and educational capital of Moscow features by opening branches of state museums and provide them with the missing exhibition spaces, as well as organizing lectures with full technical equipment and schools-studios on the basis of museums.
