About Project
The A-class business center is located in the Southwestern administrative district of Moscow, next to the prospective junction of one of the major city radial routs (Prospect 60-letiya Oktyabrya – Profsoyuznaya street) and the prospective speedway (alternate route of Leninsky Prospect). The site is located on the steep slope over the fill-up riverbed of Chura river, which naturally made the geotechnical conditions quite complicated. However, they were used to benefit the project efficiency: the need for large excavation allowed for placing a 3-level underground parking garage with the independent access on two levels directly from the ground level.The building consists of 2-floor stylobate accommodating a bank, a supermarket, a restaurant and a fitness center with a swimming pool, and the 11-floor office tower. The complicated tower shape results from the sanitary set-back requirements: one of the top corners had to be cut off to ensure that direct sunlight is provided for housing located to the north of the building.
