A five-floor complex with a total area of 35,000 sq.m. will be built in Vladivostok. The complex includes places for shopping, administrative and office premises, catering facilities (cafes, bars, buffets, food court) and a two-level underground parking.

The general form of the facade above the level of the second floor is created by smoothly conjugate conical and cylindrical surfaces. The most complex surface is formed in the area of the atrium, creating an interesting interior space with the opening of the view of the Golden Horn gulf.

Between the projected building and the existing Maritime Station building an open pedestrian crossing is envisaged.

Multifunctional complex is the first of the proposed by ABD architects element to change the sea facade of Vladivostok.
