Near the Gagarinsky shopping mall in the south of Moscow a new cultural and leisure center with a cinema for 1818 seats, designed by ABD architects, will be built.

The territory of the cultural and leisure center will be bordered to the existing "Gagarinsky" shopping and entertainment center. Now on this plot there are two small warehouses.

The new entertainment complex will have 7 aboveground and 2 underground floors, where parking for 377 cars will be located. Entry to it will be carried through the parking of shopping center, or from Vavilov Street and the 5th Donskoy passage. Another 30 parking places will be located next to the entrance of the leisure center.

Spaious atrium will become the decoration of the center, there also elevators and escalators will be located. Visitors will be able to get to it through the Gagarinsky shopping and entertainment center or along the footpaths going from Leninsky Prospekt metro station, Gagarin Square station and from the 5th Don road. In front of the center will be a well-maintained square with benches, bicycle parking and a cafes.
