Office and adidas academy in the business park "Krylatskie Hills" were highly appreciated by experts and received the Silver rating for the international environmental standard LEED.

The adidas Group project is one of the unique examples in the sphere of "green" development on the Russian market, in which the areas of different profiles are combined.

In the certification project, innovative solutions such as water-saving plumbing, LED lighting and control with the help of DALI sensors, finishing materials with recycled materials, energy-efficient equipment, bicycle parking and showers were realized for adidas Group.

As a result The Home of Sport received high LEED ratings in all main categories.
