About Project

The apart-hotel is located next to the sports and public buildings: from the east is the sport complex, in the south - building of the small sports arena, in the west - the shopping center "Arena Hall".

The projected building is inscribed in the space as efficiently as possible, while ensuring the level of comfort of the environment. The main pedestrian approach is expected from the exit of the metro station "Sportivnaya".

In the development of facade the main idea was to create a modern building. The volume of the projected object is a parallelepiped with a face that is concave along the arc. To provide a comfortable view of the apartments, some of them have triangular bay windows, which form a folded surface on the concave side of the building. The number of these folds increases gradientally to the corner to accent the entry area of ​​the building.

Also at the entrance point, a "cutout" is formed from the volume, to ensure the proper height of the entrance, as well as a canopy over it. Light natural stone is used for lining the main deaf elements of the facade.
