ABD architects designed the interiors of the public zones for this premium residential complex. The key challenge was to create spaces that fully match the project's elite status and its prestigious waterfront location, while subtly reinforcing its sophistication and exclusivity.
In the main building, residents enjoy a thoughtfully curated set of amenities: a mini-club perfect for important meetings or quiet reading in a comfortable armchair; a wellness area where one can invite a personal masseur or cosmetologist; and a compact, high-quality gym.
Design Idea
The design blends clean, minimalist forms with refined details to evoke both intimate comfort and understated luxury.
The overall light and airy palette is punctuated by strong black accents — massive chair backs, frames around glass doors, and deep wall niches — creating a sophisticated contrast.
A delicate guilloche-inspired ornament, applied in decorative plaster across the walls, introduces subtle natural motifs and organic elegance.
Floating light fixtures serve as exquisite, weightless accents that enhance the sense of refinement and airiness.
