Aparthotel in TPU "Botanichisky Sad" will be built in 2020
A permit has been obtained for the construction of an apart-hotel in the Rostokino area in the north-east of the capital. 26-floor high-rise area of 50 000 sq. m will be built as part of a transport and transfer unit (TPU) "Botanical Garden", at the southern exit from the metro stations and the Moscow Central Ring.
The TPU project was prepared with the participation of the Japanese architectural bureau Nikken Sekkei and the leading Russian workshop of ABD architects.
The building will have 991 apartments ranging from 18 to 103 square meters. m with a fine finish and plumbing. Also apartments with furniture and built-in appliances will be presented. For the convenience of residents, the apart-hotel will have a 24-hour concierge service, house-keeping and room-service services.
