Also, the buildings are connected in the underground part to organize the circulation of cars between the underground parking of the Gagarinsky shopping and entertainment center and the KDC. In the building, from the 1st floor to the roof, a multicolored space is organized - an atrium adjacent to the north wall. In the volume of the atrium are placed the main vertical communications - travolators, escalators, elevators. Along the atrium on the level of 2 and 3 floors is a gallery that connects with the help of travolators the lobby of the main entrance and the transition to the building of the SEC "Gagarinsky".
The main entrances of visitors are organized from the adjacent territory from the eastern facade and from the "Gagarinsky" shopping and entertainment center. Personnel access occurs from the side of loading zones near the southern wall of the facade. For communication between floors, travolators, escalators, elevators, staircases are used. Evacuation staircases are located along the perimeter of the building and connect all ground and underground floors. Also, staircases are used to access technical personnel on the roof.
